“Who makes mouths?” the LORD asked him. “Who makes people so they can speak or not speak, hear or not hear, see or not see? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go, and do as I have told you. I will help you speak well, and I will tell you what to say.”
This verse jumped out at me yesterday…Just like Moses, I often shy away from doing what He wants me to do. I make excuses like “I can’t do it…I’m too unskilled…There are people who are better suited for the job…” But just like God reassures Moses, He reassures me that me that whatever I do, He’ll give me the strength and whatever else required to accomplish the task. (8) Whom shall I fear? I am Yours…
The LORD is my light and my salvation-whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life-of whom shall I be afraid?
